About Stretch-n-Grow

Stretch -n- Grow is the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors providing fun & engaging enrichment programs that get kids moving at their schools.

We specialize in high quality, FUN exercise experiences that get kids moving, including: Fitness, Dance, Sports, and Yoga.

What started as a dream to get kids more active and physically fit expanded into building a Stretch-N-Grow business. Erin started as a Stretch-n-Grow coach in 2003 in the Kansas City area while she attended KU.  She moved to Omaha in 2005 to pursue her Graduate School studies at UNO and continued to coach Stretch-n-Grow.  She jumped at the opportunity 2007 and became the owner and hasn’t looked back.

Greater Omaha area services Omaha, Millard, Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista and Bellevue.
